T-Mobile CEO, John Legere, thanked T-Mobile customers from the new Times Square T-Mobile store with three gifts in the form of free stuff on Tuesdays, free Gogo in-flight WiFi, and free company stock.

Free T-Mobile Tuesdays

What’s Hot on ZDNet

A new app is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store that provides T-Mobile customers with free stuff and the opportunity to win other prizes each week, on Tuesday. The first partnership revealed by Mr. Legere, that will be given away tomorrow, include a free 2-topping medium Dominos pizza, a free small Wendy’s Frosty, and a free movie rental from Vudu.

Each week the free stuff offered to customers may change, but there is no obligation required and you can even claim the free offerings without using the smartphone app by visiting and logging into the T-Mobile Tuesdays website.

To claim your weekly Tuesday offers, make sure to make your claim between Tuesday starting at 5 am Eastern time and ending on Wednesday at 5 am Eastern. If you miss a week, don’t worry because T-Mobile is offering free things every Tuesday.

There will also be some epic prize giveaways on Tuesday. Inside the press package I received there are notices for the upcoming weeks where customers can win a change for an advance screening of Warcraft for 40+ people, a Las Vegas vacation at Mandalay Bay with a concert to see UB40, a trip for two to the MLB All-Star weekend, and the ultimate backyard BBQ that includes $2,000 for anything T-Mobile missed.

Free Gogo WiFi

I travel on Alaska Airlines about once a month and one reason I enjoy T-Mobile’s service is the ability to text my family and friends from 30,000 feet up in the air for free. T-Mobile is continuing that partnership with Gogo by providing a free hour of Gogo WiFi internet service on your smartphone.

The free internet offer begins on June 13 and continues as long as you are a T-Mobile customer.

Free stock

The third freebie offered today by John Legere is labeled Stock Up. T-Mobile postpaid primary account holders will each be offered one free, full share of T-Mobile US stock. You can also get up to 100 shares of stock per year through a referral program.

If you have been a loyal customer for five or more years, you can earn two full shares for each recommendation until 2017. There is no fee to obtain or sell your share this year and no fee to maintain your account as long as you remain an active customer. T-Mobile stock is worth about $43 at this time.

Disclaimer: T-Mobile just delivered me a Wendy’s Frosty and Domino’s pizza minutes before I posted this announcement. I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for about 15 years so think all the money I spent offsets the cost of my lunch today.
